With the fifth child, mom and dad would either fill out their basketball team or get their first girl. The belief was she was hoping for a girl when Terry, the third child was born, after already giving birth to two boys.
As a result, they tried again right away for their next child, for sure a girl this time! But, Kevin was another boy.
They were probably quite disappointed (I’m guessing here) so they waited another almost 6 years before trying and successfully bring their only girl into the world. And she was spoiled rotten, but we loved her anyway. In the video she’s labeled the ‘spoiled but lovable princess’.
